BCP's pure performance-based structure places investor returns above all else. BCP charges zero fees and receives no compensation until investors receive the entirety of a predefined return goal.

Investment Philosophy

We believe minimizing losses is more important to the ultimate success of an investment plan than overreaching to maximize gains. To this end, downside risk mitigation and principal protection are the foundation of how we invest.

Value Investors

We look for assets trading at a discount to their intrinsic value, often due to temporary market dislocations. Our performance-based model requires patience, discipline, and conviction as we primarily select off-market investments that provide a significant margin of safety. We are never investing solely based on a rising tide market dynamic.

Our goal is to be the most relied-upon and transparent investment sponsor amongst all Commercial Real Estate investment providers by providing compounding, dependable returns over the long term.
