The Opportunity

Acquired unique 7.95 infill acres in the heart of East Austin. The site is adjacent to the vibrant Govalle Neighborhood Park and will connect directly to the Walnut Creek Hike & Bike Trail. We were able to successfully secure a rezone from SF-3 to MF-4 allowing for 290 multifamily units.
