The Opportunity

BCP's investment in four contiguous tracts on Decker Lane aims to ultimately deliver two distinct and separately programmed tracts for multifamily and industrial use. The entitlement process included a new land subdivision, agreements and easements with all surrounding neighbors, and significant roadway improvements. The project will deliver ~400 multifamily units and ~180,000 SF of light industrial space into the growing East Austin submarket.
